Dylan Bush is a senior at UC Berkeley and currently serves as the Director of Community Health and Engagement at CRECE. Dylan has created programs at CRECE including the Domingo de Desarrollo Program, the indoor soccer program, and our MiCoach program. In addition, Dylan has worked to create vital partnerships including our partnership with the Sierra Club to provide hikes for our youth, and a partnership with the UC Berkeley Public Service Center that brings UC Berkeley students to CRECE as interns to learn about nonprofit sector work in the Latinx community. In addition to generating funding, logistical support, and collaboration opportunities for CRECE, Dylan works on tackling health issues in the community in Oakland and in El Salvador. His work has included organizing a dental health campaign and heart health workshops that were implemented in our rural partner communities in El Salvador. Dylan plans to continue to support CRECE as an active member of the Board of Directors as he continues to work towards his goal of becoming a physician.
